- Now add some water to it and make semi thick batter
- Now dip paneer in this batter and fry carefully on medium flame and flip it time to time
- Now take skewer or tooth pick and insert it in each paneer pieces and keep aside
- Now heat a pan put little oil and put roasted crushed peanut and saute it for a minute Add grated ginger, tomato ketchup, 1 tsp schezwan chutney, 1 tsp vinegar, 1 tsp soya sauce and mix well
- Now add salt, red chilli powder and stir it
- Now take a bowl put 1/2 cup of water and add 1/2 tsp cornflour and mix well and add it to the sauce in the pan and stir it Add little water if needed
- Now put fried paneer sticks into the sauce and flip it
- Now paneer satay is ready
