- In a mixture griender put soaked dal griended it smooth.
- Take it out from the kar.add 1/2 Tsp turmric powder, coriander powder,chilli powder.
- Mix it well.
- Heat a pan add oil for fryingin it. Let it hot.Put this batter in the palm (50)gm.make like a big vada.place it in the hot oil.
- Fry it both sides.do not make it crspy.
- Take it out from the pan.let it be cool.now cut it in small pieces.
- 1" inch peices.fry it again in 2 Tsp oil crspy & golden brown.
- Again in another pan put 4 tsp oil,let it hot.add cumin, cracle it.add ginger garlic,saute it.add onion Brown it.
- Add all spices,stir it.
- Add 1/2 cup of water stir & dry it.add cut fried pieces & Fry it little.
- Add,1glass of water,add salt,let it boil 10 mimiutes.remove it from the flame.keep it a side,so that gravy will thick.
- Now it is ready to serve.it will go very well for rice.
