- 10 gms mustard seeds
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 3 green chillies paste
- 1 medium size chopped onion

- Water as required
- Salt as per taste
- 2 tsp sugar
- 1/2 tsp Ginger paste
