- Firstly Peel karela and cut it in round shape and add 1 tsp salt and keep aside for 10 mins.(sprinkle some salt to karela to make it soft so it's becomes easy to remove it's seeds)
- Now squeeze karela properly and it wash 2-3 times, Washing karela will remove bitter juice and extra salt from karela pieces.
- Now heat oil in a kadhai and put kaju and fry them till light golden in colour and keep aside
- Now put sliced onions and fry till golden in colour and keep aside

- Now take a pan put 1tbsp oil and add cumin seed, pinch of hing, chopped green chilli, fried onions, turmeric powder, coriander powder and chilli powder and stir well
- Now add kaju, karela, Raisins and stir well
- Now add chat masala, Aamchur powder, Garam masala, pepper powder and Sugar and mix well
- Now squeeze a lemon to it and mix well and cook on low flame for 2-3 minutes
- Kaju kerala is ready
- Garnish wish fresh coriander and onions ring
