- 1 tsp Grated Ginger
- 3 cloves Garlic crushed
- 500 grams Pork Tenderloin

- 1 tsp Dark Soya Sauce
- 1 Chicken stock cube
- 1 handful green beans
- to taste Salt & Pepper
- 1 tsp cornflour/starch
