- Make 4 shallow wells in the sauce and drop in the eggs. Cover pan and simmer for 10-15 minutes. (Note: If you prefer firmer eggs, add them earlier.)
- Garnish with parsley and serve. Ideal with pita bread, whole meal bread or over rice.
